Wills - Who Should Make a Will?

Every adult should make a Will and review it regularly, particularly when their circumstances change.

Change of circumstances can include getting married, having children or getting divorced.

A Will can enable you to:

  • Appoint guardians to look after your children

  • Make provision for your partner to whom you are not married

  • Arrange your estate to minimise Inheritance Tax (click here for link to inheritance planning section)

  • Leave sums of money for loved ones, friends and charities, anybody you choose.

  • Appoint executors, who will be able to look after your business.
